At Voco Farms, we meet industry standards with full transparency and care. Our certifications reflect our commitment to food safety, ethical operations, and environmentally conscious farming. We follow strict quality control systems, detailed record-keeping, and regular inspections to ensure our produce meets the highest standards every time.

Voco Farms meets strict food safety requirements by following:

  • HACCP principles and GMP certification standards

  • HARPS (Harmonised Australian Retailer Produce Scheme)

  • Freshcare Food Safety & Quality Standard

  • Freshcare Food Safety & Quality Supply Chain Standard

Each product is tagged with an IronBark tracking ID, enabling full traceability from the greenhouse to the store. Regular reviews with growers help ensure consistent improvement and customer satisfaction.

E-Traceability

We believe in being fully transparent—with our partners, retailers and consumers. Our advanced e-traceability system tracks every batch of produce from harvest to dispatch.

By digitally logging crop details, grower information, harvest dates and quality checks, we’re able to guarantee where each product comes from, how it was handled, and when it was packed.

E-traceability is the digital tracking of crops from harvest to customer, ensuring transparency and quality at every step. Each product is given a unique ID, and data is recorded throughout the supply chain—from farm details and certifications to packing and shipping.

The journey begins with capturing harvest information, followed by warehouse recording, quality checks, and labelling. All this data flows into a central system used for reporting, processing, and traceability.

This process helps guarantee food safety, improve efficiency, and provide clear proof of origin and handling.

Our local presence within the Virginian farming community allows us to remain flexible and agile as we grow, ensuring we are capable of offering year-round supply certainty. This network of local suppliers and growers, in conjunction with our capacity to expand our production, allows us to remain adaptive and flexible in our operations.

Growing the Future Together

We produce 12 hectares of hydroponic tomatoes and 10 hectares of capsicums. With the help of our certified growers we will continue our strong traceability and transparent values, supporting our community and consumers.
