Rooted in Resilience
Founded by Van and Thu Vo in 1985 after arriving in Australia as refugees, Vo Co Farms grew from a small family dream into South Australia’s largest hydroponic farm. Built on hard work, love and belief in new beginnings.

1985
Van and Ghi Farm was first established as a specialised in-soil tomatoes, cucumbers and capsicums produce farm.

2010
Huan joined the family business and incorporated Vo Co Fresh Pty Ltd. Wholesale Division was established and Vo Co became a strategic sourcing agent for Moraitis Group in the South Australian region.

2011
Tomato greenhouses converted to semi-hydro for increased capacity & packing facility was launched.

2012
Converted in-soil capsicum farm to supply hydroponic cherry tomatoes.

2013–2019
Expanded production with 76,000 square metres of greenhouse built on new farms.

2020
Started production of capsicums with construction of a new 27,000 square metres greenhouse, completed with the expansion of packing facility to include new cool room packaging of capsicums.

2021
New company structure with new Operations Manager, Sales BDM and Financial Controller and purchase of a new 20 acre site.

2022
Complete construction for a new 5 hectare greenhouse, opposite from the main operation.

2023
Expand packing facility, building new HQ office on current site and construction of new farm.

Added TOMRA Packing Machine

Added 500sqm of cool room space

2025
Huan was appointed as AUSVEG SA Board member. In July - Completion of newest farm at 478 that can produce 5 ha of tomatoes
